Administrative Matters

Below is a list of administrative application forms that may be required. Please email the completed hardcopy forms to the school.

Forms	Descriptions
Parents Gateway	Parents Gateway (PG) is the main communication channel between the school and parents/guardian. Please download the application on your mobile devices as all school updates will be sent through PG. Click here for FAQs and instructions for downloading the application.
Updating of Student's address	Parents can apply for change of address on identity card through ICA website.
Smart Phone/Watch Application	Should there be a need to bring a smart phone/watch to school, parents/guardian are required to register the device with the HP & Smart Watch Application Form
Student Insurance	Parents can submit the claim online here.
Finance Assistance	The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS) eligibility criteria and application process can be found at the MOE website. Parents can apply for MOE FAS using the e-FAS form which is available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) via Singpass login. Students who do not meet the criteria for MOE FAS may consider applying for school-based FAS. You may contact the school at 6468 4377 or email rgps@moe.edu.sgif you have any further queries.
RGPS Drive-through Car Decal	All vehicles entering the schools are required to display a “Drive-through” car decal. Each household is given a 1st time complimentary car decal. Any additional decal required can be purchased at $10 each from the General Office. Parents/Guaridan can apply for the car decal here: RGPS Drive-through Car Decal Application
Lost Concession Card	Concession card holders can apply for a replacement card online here: Replacement of Lost Concession
Leave of Absence	Parents/guardian who are bringing their children overseas with them for work related purposes can apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA) if they wish to retain a place in the school. The application has to be renewed yearly. Application must reach the school by 15 Dec for renewal to be effective the following year. Please email the school after you have submitted the online LOA Application Form.
Immersion Programme	Pupils who are on LOA and returning to Singapore for a short period of time can join the school for an Immersion Programme. For such cases, please fill in the Immersion Programme Application Form

Finance Matters

eGIRO	Parents/Guardian will be able to sign up for eGIRO online, for payment of standard miscellaneous fees and school charges. The detailed eGIRO user guide is available at the MOE website.
Edusave Standing Order (For students who are Singapore Citizens only)	Parents/Guardian can apply to use Edusave funds via Parents Gateway (under Services tab) or the online Edusave Standing Order Form, for the payment of 2nd-tier miscellaneous fees and school organised enrichment programmes.

Edusave Standing Order

(For students who are Singapore Citizens only)

Parents/Guardian can apply to use Edusave funds via Parents Gateway (under Services tab) or the online Edusave Standing Order Form, for the payment of 2nd-tier miscellaneous fees and school organised enrichment programmes.

Transfer/Waitlist for Pupils

You may fill in the school's waitlist application here, and we will contact you, should a vacancy become available.

Please note that the application for the wait list is on a year to year basis and you will need to submit another one for the next academic year (2026) if your application for 2025 is unsuccessful.
