Get Green & Love Earth
At Raffles Girls’ Primary School, our goal is to nurture every pupil to become a steward of the environment. We take pride in making life better for others by taking a proactive approach to protecting the environment for current and future generations. Through environmental education programs, pupils are empowered to build a better life for people, animals and the environment.
The following are some ways we get green and love Earth in RGPS.
Earth Week
Why is the Earth sad?
Is it because our oceans are polluted with plastic trash?
Or is it because we are mindless about our plastic consumption?
When will you start doing something about it?
Can we change anything about our habits?
Biodiversity Week
They are looking at the Leopard Cat exhibition, in collaboration with Singapore Wildcat Action Group.
Meet Pearl, she belongs to Singapore’s last remaining wildcat species, the Leopard Cat.

Bees are friends, not Pests!
A hive of Black Dwarf Honey Bees chose our pollinator-friendly garden as their home!
As we want the bees to live in a more conducive environment, we got a bee rescue professional to bring the bees to their new home.
The bees are getting placed in a cardboard box, ready to be transported to their new home.
